A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance being payable 6 weeks before you arrive. The refundable security deposit is payable the week before you arrive.

We will confirm by email details of your booking together with a breakdown of the total costs, and the dates by which the deposit and final payments are due.

The booking form can be completed and emailed back. We will then provide our bank details for payment of the 25% deposit to secure the booking.

We cannot undertake to hold provisional bookings unless specifically agreed.

When it comes to paying – we like to keep things simple. The majority of our guests pay by bank transfer direct to our account.

Upon booking

We will provide you with a PDF copy of our welcome booklet which provides information about the gîtes. 

We take your safety extremely seriously, so it also covers such things as use of the pool & hot tub - sorry there are a number of "rules & regulations" both practical use or the facilities & legal imposed by the French government.

We have been here over 16 years, so know the area very well and have visited many of the local sites. We’re very happy to provide information on things to do,places to eat etc or more importantly what not to do.
